We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you have a quality concern, please contact Customer Service at 1- 866-277-RUSH (7874) or e-mail: info@claytonkendall.com. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). Defective products or apparel will be replaced promptly. We will not accept returns on merchandise that is delivered as ordered and is free from defects.

Blaze Pizza collects only the personal information required to fulfill orders and provide customers with information at the customers request. To protect the privacy of all visitors to this website, all sales transactions are encrypted with SSL (secure sockets layer) technology. All personal information about individual users (name, address, E-mail address, credit card numbers) is confidential and is used only to fulfill orders from this site. If you wish to stop receiving information from Blaze Pizza, there is an opt-out link in emails sent to the customer.

Duties and Taxes: For orders shipping outside the U.S. and Canada, duties and taxes are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Blaze Pizza. Please consult your local customs office to determine the charges due at time of delivery. Due to import/export restrictions, Blaze Pizza is unable to ship packages to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Kiribati, Libya, North Korea, and Somalia.

Clayton Kendall is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states* that impose a sales tax, where our company has nexus. If your organization is exempt in any of these states or jurisdictions, please provide your customer service representative with a valid tax exemption or resale certificate before a purchase is made. Clayton Kendall is unable to reimburse sales tax once an order is approved.
